Tolly Saivanidis

Tolly has a broad range of experience in Corporate Commercial and Commercial Finance transactions. An alumnus of the University of NSW, Tolly is largely responsible for the success and development of the firm and its staff, as well as focusing on the key areas of Commercial law.

Prior to joining the Pryor Tzannes & Wallis team, Tolly gained a wide range of Corporate and Commercial experience both as a Judge’s Associate (District Court of NSW) and later, as a member of the Corporate and Commercial team in one of the world’s largest legal linked firms.

Tolly’s diverse experience adds significant value to any commercial transaction in which he is involved. His extensive ties with various Boards of Directors, including sitting on the Board of Hockey NSW as a Director, underlines his resourcefulness. Tolly is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His legal knowledge, together with his multiplicity of experience and strong commercial focus, make his advice highly sought after by clients in a diverse range of industries, and his result-driven, pragmatic approach and consistent professionalism are highly valued by his many loyal clients.

Robert Macaulay

Robert Macaulay

Robert is an expert in Litigation, Local Government, Environmental Law and Industrial Relations. He brings to the firm a great depth of commercial and litigation knowledge derived from various commercial activities, particularly in local government, construction and IT. He has studied law in both Australia and the United States.
Robert handles a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters, including commercial disputes arising from partnerships, agencies and joint ventures. He advises both private and government bodies on workplace contracts, disputes and actions, and is currently before the Industrial Relations Commission in two landmark employment cases.
In the area of property litigation, Robert deals with lease disputes, construction claims, planning and environment matters, and litigation arising from failed transactions and agreements.
Robert will always provide clear, constructive and pragmatic advocacy solutions in a timely and cost effective manner.

Ross Tzannes AM

Ross Tzannes

Ross Tzannes is one of the leading Property lawyers in NSW. He is a former Sydney University Law School lecturer in the field and the co-author of the leading strata titles text and loose leaf service. He is held in high regard by members of the legal profession and the wider community not only for his ability as a lawyer, but also for his principled ethical stance on professionalism.
Ross has over 40 years of practice as a solicitor and continually draws upon his impressive and diverse experience such that he frequently finds himself at the forefront of complex commercial and property transactions.
He has had impressive relationships with numerous government and community organisations, which have included, to name a few: the Sydney Opera House Trust, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Sydney Film Festival, the Australian Conservation Foundation and the Federation of Ethnic Community Councils of Australia.
For this invaluable and tireless service to the community, Ross was made a member of the Order of Australia in 2004. Graham Wilks

Graham Wilks

Graham has over 25 years experience in both large commercial property development and complex commercial litigation, and is currently the senior litigation solicitor at Pryor Tzannes & Wallis.
Graham’s achievements include: acting as Head Solicitor in a complex $62 million NSW Supreme Court and Court of Appeal Claims for Williams Group of Companies; serving as In-House Counsel for a property development company acting in resort development and related Land and Environment Court Litigation; acting in various successful Supreme Court commercial litigation and mediation matters (including Kiama Blue Resort and Motel NSW).
In addition, Graham has previously been Head Solicitor in the retail leasing and subdivision of the $700 million multi-tower Southport Central Complex in Queensland. He has also been the Principal Solicitor in Supreme Court proceedings in successful mediation before his Honour Michael McHugh AC QC in regards to a $30 million claim in a property joint venture dispute.

Paul Pryor

Paul was the firm’s Senior Partner, with over 41 years of experience as a solicitor. Along with the other partners, Paul is the driving force behind the development and growth of Pryor Tzannes & Wallis, particularly in the Commercial area.
His risk minimisation approach has been the force behind the success and expansio of his various long standing clients. As a result of this approach, his clients have enjoyed a minimum level of exposure to litigation and related costs.
Paul’s ability to manage complex Commercial dealings is only matched by his meticulous attention to detail.

Elias Kheir

Elias Kheir

Elias joined PTW in September 2010 initially as a litigation paralegal where he gained a variety of experience in different areas of law. Subsequent to his graduation from university he joined the Commercial Team where he consolidated his experience.
Having been recently admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Elias’ main area of practice is in commercial and corporate transactions. Elias brings to PT&W a passion for the law and a desire to produce a result in the client’s best interests.
In addition to keeping up with recent developments in the law, Elias is a keen tennis player in his free time and has previously participated in competitions run by his local tennis club.
